ABOUT the Workplace Ethics & Behavior workshop
Goal: Focus will be on “How to Create an Ethical Workplace” and how to apply business ethics in the real world of everyday challenges and dilemmas. Insuring a culture of integrity, a sense of trust, and openness are all key indicators that will be covered. Definitions and examples related to ethics, values, morals, integrity, character, and laws will also be included. Participants will learn to develop appropriate policies and guidelines for expected behavior in the workplace and how to employ analytic tools for decision making.
