Goal: Resilience is the ability to maintain equilibrium and adapt successfully in the midst of uncertainty, adversity and rapid change. People who are resilient demonstrate agility, high positive energy and are key influencers on any team. They develop strong support networks that enhance their wellbeing and productivity. Based on the work of Al Siebert, PhD and others, this resilience training provides practical skills and tools to increase resilience in leaders, managers and teams.
