ABOUT the strategic planning workshop
Goal: Participants will develop skills required to implement critical initiatives for strategic and tactical business planning. Focus will be on reviewing the vision and mission statements with an analysis of the current and future state of organization including both internal and external factors. Managers will be coached on prioritizing initiatives and establishing an implementation plan with timelines and assigned responsibilities. Strategy formulation, budget considerations and evaluation tools will be paramount in the discussion.
